Process: At Ross Design our final operation is our machining, so we can provide very close tolerances on our thru-hardened raceways. Material:  SAE CD 4140 This offers much greater tensile and yield strength than other materials used in the industry.  After heat-treatment the high chromium also adds to a much higher wear resistance. Finish: Zinc plated or painted to customs colors
